Help with fast pass+

I am an Annual Passholder and will be coming down to WDW July 12th staying 5 nights with my daughter, her husband and 1 year old granddaughter. I already have my magic band from my AP but my daughter and son-in-law are cast members and don't have magic bands. I can make fast pass+ reservations but they cannot. We will be getting our resort magic bands in about 2 weeks time and can they use those to make FP+ reservations with?

In order to make advance FP+ selections, you must have valid park admission linked to MDE. AFAIK, Disney CM's can't link their main gate passes (or whatever they are called now) to MDE which would prevent them from making advance FP+ selections.

No they can't. They can make day of and try to match times with yours.
