I always thought wedding dress sizes ran small, so if you normally wear a size 8 in street clothes, you'd be getting a 10 or 12 possibly depending on style and designer. Well my dress is a size 4! I laughed and told the coordinator i wanted to wear a wedding dress everyday if it means wearing a size 4!
Anyway, so the 4 fits perfectly!! It's not too tight, not too loose, the pefect lenght (which is pretty funny as i'm 5'9"!). I just need the chest taken in/cups added and we'll be good.
Now for the hard part. I have an unexplained weight loss issue 8 months ago. Somehow, over the course of 3-4 months, I lost 10 lbs. Dr checked my thryoid and it was fine. eating habits haven't changed, and I'm certainly not excersing, other than chasing 2 kids around.
And it wasn't baby weight, as I had already lost all my 57 lbs i gained with Joey! Yeah for BF'ing!!
So anyway, I lost this weight, and for now, it has stayed off. But what happenes if I order the 4 and then the weight comes back? How would I loose weight that came back after not intending to lose it in the 1st place?? I'm afraid to ask the dress shop, becauase i'm sure they would say to order the bigger one, then just pay $300 in alterations to make it smaller.
Help!
