Help with Crocs Please

Howdy,

Okay, I have been doing some serious Croc reading the past 1/2 year. When I first saw a picture of Crocs, Oy!

Then after my recent trip to WDW my feet had a conference with my brain. Let me tell you, my feet were not happy campers !

"All the walking we do, the least you can do is take care of us. Oh sure, sit down, smoke a cigarette (in designated smoking areas only , I promise! ) roll your ankle a little, then jump up and run to the next fun thing. We are tired of it." said Lefty. "Keep it up and we will go on strike!" said Righty.

Here's the amazing part...My brain actually had my right hand smack me upside the head to get my attention!

So, shoe searching had begun. Nike? All my life, have about 6 pairs...but need something different (per the feet). New Balance? Their okay, just don't like how they look, feet shrugged. Sketchers? Feet shrugged again, not bad trip before last they did okay, but feet are getting picky. Want comfy comfy comfy. Crocs? Eyes screamed! Hair stood-up on end! Self esteem said it would walk! Fashion police ate more donuts at the donut shop since I have no fashion sense at all! Feet, they.....sighed!!! Yes, crocs it is they said. Self esteem....walked.....it'll be back. Not worried about her, she always is a bit skittish when it comes to new things like this. Fashion sense and police...I think they went to a different donut shop!

Okay in all seriousness. I have a size 10/11 11/12 womens size(depending on the style of shoe) and wide feet (ssshhh, don't tell the feet they are wide!) What size do you recommend I get?

Any help would be appreciated!!!

My feet thank you! Oh and my head, cause my brain keeps getting my right hand to get my attention!

Okay, I made the first post to long. In all seriousness....I have a size 10/11 to 11/12 feet and they are wide. What size do you recommend I get. Thanks!!!!

The beach shoes run wider then the other shoes. I wear an 8 and bought a medium (8-9) fits perfect. I bought a pair of Aspens (no holes) to wear in the cold winter snow and they are a size 8. Again they fit perfect but they are not as wide. For me not a problem. I would go with the beach shoes (you will want the holes anyway to keep your feet cooler) and get the larger size. 11/12. If your order on line I believe Extreme Footwear has free shipping and returns. Just in case they don't fit like you want.

I have a 10/11 wide foot too. I got the beach style ones. When I first had them I felt my toe was touching the end too much. I put them in the dryer on medium for 2 minutes and then put them on. I wriggled my toes all around and now they fit great.

Sounds like you got your answer - I just wanted to say your post had me . How fun!

right now my toes are still mad at me for making them wear my dress shoes this morning to church (and they are flats even!) there just isn't any toe room.

Crocks are awesome. I'm not sure they have the support I need for a long day on my feet, but so far they have done pretty good at the mall. I have 2 months to decide if they will be my WDW shoes...
