On the day of our departure, my husband and I are leaving the Poly at 5:00 AM (towncar) however our two daughters, 18 & 24 will be staying behind to visit a friend that lives in Orlando and they will fly home a few days later.
Their friend cannot get them til the end of his work day so I am hoping that they can get a late check out of 1PM and that they can hang by the pool. After 1:00 they can leave their luggage at the front desk and get lunch....walk around or still hang at the pool (provided there is a place for them to change when leaving for the day)

So with all that said...do you think that this will be ok with the Poly since my one daughter is 24? If I have no additional expenses to report and if I request a late check out and get it...can we just leave our keys in the room and they would bring their luggage up to the front desk at either 11 or 1?
Maybe I would not even have to inform anyone....if keys are just left in room at end of stay???

Any advice/suggestions...or do you see any problems with this?
Thanks for your help!

Check out time is 11 a.m, so you will need to inquire about staying until 1 p.m. If it's not a busy time of year, there shouldn't be a problem. You don't have to worry about leaving any keys, they rekey the rooms for each guest. I would take care of your bill the night before and ask about the 1 p.m. check out then. I don't think the fact that it's your daughter staying should make any difference. Just make sure they don't try to charge anything to the room after you have paid.
