We will need a cab from Country Inn and Suites on Calypso Cay Way ,Kissimee to Pop Century does anyone know How Much !? There will be 5 of us and our luggage ! Any help appreciated I have tried Cab Fare estimators with no luck !!

If you are talking about the one on Calypso Cay Way near the intersection of 535 and Osceola Pkwy, it's approx 6 miles to Pop Century so figure about $15-$18 plus tip and approx a 15 minute ride.

I would think that it would be around $20-$25 ish, without tip. Haven't ever taken a cab from those points, but we do tend to cab a lot around WDW property. The nice thing is, it is very close to the highway and a quick trip into Pop Century - very few lights!!

I think that's the one as the address is Calypso Cay Way and the map shows it near near that intersection! That is great so even if we need 2 cabs the fare wont be toooooo horrendous !!Have you stayed there ???

No I haven't stayed there, but I am very familiar with the area.
Happy Birthday to your Granddaughters, great idea of getting the limo, I'm sure they'll FLIP. They have wonderful Grand Parents.

Have a great trip.

I have actually stayed at that hotel ( 10 years ago). We actually found it very easy to get onto WDW property if you are willing to take the toll road - especially the MGM/WOW/Pop Century area.

If the toll road is the best route, you will also have to pay the taxi's tolls.

Make sure you are getting a cab from a reputable company; the desk clerk might have deal with some independent who may try to overcharge you. WDW uses Mears cabs, whom you can call at (407) 422-2222. Mears runs under 3 names: Checker Cab, Yellow Cab, and City Cab. There are some unscrupulous independents who use similar colors and names to try to fool tourists.

Mears also has taxi vans that can hold 8 riders, so they can probably handle all 5 of you and your luggage in a single van. They cost the same as traditional cabs. Just request one when you call.

I liked the pool and the Mini Golf !!Even though we wont be there long I know the kids will enjoy the slide on the pool and maybe some mini golf !!!That plus a Free Breakfast for under $70 can't beat it !!!
