Help with Adrs

I'm just trying to book our ADR's album it's not keeps saying it can't associate my booking for then 10dayd plus booking if I put in the us booking confirnation, I'm confused bcuz it brings my booking up ok if I search for the hotel reservation :(
 
Is it a DVC reservation? I know that there were issues with DVC reservations not being recognised by the ADR system and, as such, I had to make my ADRs by phone.

Sometimes it just doesn't link them, there have been several thread over the weeks about it. If you desperately want ot make your 10 days of ADRs today, you might need to call to do it.
 
No it's not DVC, I don't remember having any trouble last time. It's sooo frustrating, I guess I'll have to do it day by day then.
 
Are you pulling up your hotel res on the UK site with UK res number? or on US site with US res number?
You need the US one for ADR's.
 

I think I had the same problem about 2 weeks ago: I phoned up for my US booking number, and then had trouble with it on the ADR site... it'd go through and show me my resort reservation, but then when I clicked on the bit to make reservations it didn't link up and I kept getting that message to say that I had picked a date that was more than 180 days out and those were reserved for resort guests only. It seems I had trouble linking my log in with my reservation...

I just kept clicking around (mostly scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking the bit that takes you to the US version of the site), logged in many times and it seemed to work for some...

In the end I just rang up and made the rest of the reservations that I couldn't do online - it's as quick and painless :) Even got some reservations on the phone that the online system told me weren't available.

Just realised much of this message is irrelevant and I'm just rambling on - what I want to say, is just ring them up :)
 
I was using my us number for the us site, thanks for replies I gave up and rang in the end. Pleased its done now tho, I've just read a few threads saying other ppl were having problems too so it must be a fault. :) 6months and counting!!!
 
I did most of mine online day by day, just rang up to do the ones thats needed payment without linking. My problem was because I had booked thru Complete Orlando, their bookings earlier this year couldn't link.
 
Hummm it's odd I'm funding the website really annoying to use, have they changed it since 2010? It all seemed much easier the last time I booked. Out of interest Beth do your ADR's appear when you log in now online?
 
Not on the UK website (not sure if they are ever supposed to anyhow lol??).

Just tried it now, and this happens:
I go to the bottom of the page and "select an international version" and head to the US site. If I click on My Disney Vacation and then My Reservations, it asks me to log in twice (no idea why!!) and then takes me back to the UK version.

I scroll to the bottom click on the US site again > My Disney Vacation > My Reservations and then it asks me to log in again! I log in, it takes me back to My Disney Vacation and asks me to log in again! And so on, and so on.

So I can't even access my hotel reservation at the mo - every time I click on the My Reservations tab on the US site it just keeps asking me to log in.

This happened to me before, and eventually it went through, but there were no dining reservations. I clicked on the "retrieve reservation" and put in one of my confirmation numbers along with my phone number and it then bought all of them up! So I'm assuming they'll still show when the damn site stops asking me to log in lol!!

That's exactly what happens to me, but when I have managed to log in and try a ADR's confirmation number and my tel it doesn't come back with anything :( I just get a message saying they are having trouble retrieving booking.

Try your phone number a number of different ways, when I typed in 07969xxxxxx for example, I had the same message. But when I took the zero off and entered 7969xxxxx it worked I think.

Also, this is odd... if I click on the "my reservations" link in one of my confirmation e-mails it works and takes me to my reservations. However, like you, if I click on "my reservations" on the site, it doesn't... hmmm :-/

Try this, it's just worked for me:
Log out. Go to http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/reservations/?arrangeBy=type and the log in screen comes up. I entered my details and that actually takes me to my reservations rather than asking me to log in again and again and again!
 
Yeah that seems to log in ok and goes straight to my hotel booking, still can't get any of my dinning booking up tho :( oh well when we check in will they be able to check then from our booking?
