Help with address change problems

I am having a recurring problem with DVC mail being sent intermittently to my previous address. For instance:

Address changed online and DVC mail received at new address.
4 months later, Magical Express info sent to our old address and forwarded. MS can't explain why.
Additional ME tags ordered and sent to new correct address.
Post-trip survey of our DVC stay addressed to ME our OLD address and forwarded.

Member services has our correct address, but Member Accounting says that they have the new address for me and the old address for my husband. If this is the case, why would mail (survey) addressed to me have my husband's old address? :confused:

Accounting told me that my husband has to create a separate login and change his address online. We really only want to have one login, as I take care of all things DVC. We only have one JWROS contract.

Do other married couples with a joint contract use separate logins?

Has anyone else had this problem when they move? How did you resolve it?

I'm sorry for the rambling. I've made several calls to try to rectify this, and this latest response doesn't make sense. We move often (military), so I need to know how to avoid this in the future.

On the positive side, we had a great stay at BLT.:goodvibes

Yes - we had the same problem when we moved from NY to Florida about 1 1/2 yrs ago. We always had 1 log-in, 1 password. We changed our address online. We started to get DVC mail addressed to me at our new address and DH's mail forwarded from our old address.

After calling DVC MS we had to set up a separate signon & password for DH (same DVC contract) so that he could change his address online (he also talked to them on the phone to confirm the change).

Very strange - but MS said that each owner had to have their own signon & had to change the address for their name.

Exact same thing happening here. I called MS to change our address when we moved from MD to GA. When we made our reservation for our November trip, the confirmation came to our GA address but when we checked in to Kidani the address was our old one in MD (all in my name). :confused3

We added on a night at BCV and MS put that reservation in DH's name. That address was our correct address in GA. We got home and got 2 of the survey postcards in the mail. The one addressed to me for the Kidani stay was sent to our old address in MD and the one addressed to DH for BCV was sent to GA.

I called MS and they have no idea why but said that DH had to call and change HIS information even though I am the one that called and changed MY information and it is correct in the system already but am still getting things sent to the old address in my name.
 

DH and I have had our own unique logins since we became members. It isn't a big deal at all, we see the same information when we log in he just uses a different user name and password.
