I am having a recurring problem with DVC mail being sent intermittently to my previous address. For instance:
Address changed online and DVC mail received at new address.
4 months later, Magical Express info sent to our old address and forwarded. MS can't explain why.
Additional ME tags ordered and sent to new correct address.
Post-trip survey of our DVC stay addressed to ME our OLD address and forwarded.



Member services has our correct address, but Member Accounting says that they have the new address for me and the old address for my husband. If this is the case, why would mail (survey) addressed to me have my husband's old address?
Accounting told me that my husband has to create a separate login and change his address online. We really only want to have one login, as I take care of all things DVC. We only have one JWROS contract.
Do other married couples with a joint contract use separate logins?
Has anyone else had this problem when they move? How did you resolve it?
I'm sorry for the rambling. I've made several calls to try to rectify this, and this latest response doesn't make sense. We move often (military), so I need to know how to avoid this in the future.
On the positive side, we had a great stay at BLT.
