Help - will we make our ADR using Magical Express?

Our flight (domestic) arrives on a Monday at 9:20 AM. I have a lunch ADR at MK Liberty Tree Tavern at 1:00 PM.
Is there enough time to use Magical Express, get checked in to resort, get KTTW card and into the Park before 1:00PM? Should we get a taxi instead? This is our first visit. Help!

Yes you will have plenty of time as long as you don't have any flight delays. You should be at your resort no later that 10:45. To save time I would do the online checking that way everything will already be printed for you and it takes like 3 minutes at the check in counter if you have already done the online check in.

I did register for online check in but I wasn't sure how quickly it would be processed once there. I read it takes a while if there are lots of others checking in / out at that time. We are staying at POR - royal room for my daughter's 5th birthday!

We are going in April too!

What happens at check in if we have bags and our room isn't ready? We booked a Royal Room. I was hoping to just do carry ons to save on luggage fees.

If you figure on it taking 90 mins, from gate (note I do NOT say arrival) to resort, you'll be fine. It shouldn't take more than 20 mins to get checked in, especially if you've done online checkin.
Most of the time it takes less than that 90 mins to get from the gate to resort, but it's always best to plan on it taking 90 mins. That way you have lots of time.

Checked bags with the yellow tags will be delivered to your room without any move on your part. (If any don't have yellow tags, stop at the magical Express podium at the airport before boarding the bus.

Carryons wcan be left with Bell Services when you check in.
