Most co-workers seem to accept my Disney-holicism as just one of my quirks. They've already seen me in full-on planning mode. I had one particular co-worker who always gave me the puzzled look and the "Didn't you just go?" He also used to refer to me taking my "little cousin" because he couldn't accept that I went without kids. After weeks of this, I pointed out that he went to the casinos fairly often, and I asked him to estimate how much he spent per year on those trips. What a coincidence! It was the same amount I spend on my Disney trips. Then I asked him if the slots or the tables were ever really different or if his luck changed regularly. I think he started to understand me a little bit then.
My parents completely understand, even if they do encourage me to stick to the "two trips on the ol' AP, then a year off" plan. My brother doesn't get it, but doesn't care, either. My sister is an overworked tax attorney in the middle of a DIY remodel. She gets wistful over every vacation that I take, so the location doesn't really matter. My relatives who live in Florida just give me grief over staying on property for my entire trip.
