HELP: What are Februarys like at WDW?

We have always gone in mid-November or early-December but are thinking of a quickly organized Feb trip this year. Any suggestions or advice on dates to avoid, dates that are good, weather, crowds, resort deals?

Crowds are usually low until closer to President's Day week. From then on is fairly busy.

We have gone twice in February. Both times were pretty darn cold! Although near the end of one trip we were able to wear shorts during the day. Had friends who went in February and they had gorgeous hot weather the entire time so you never know. The pools are all heated so it doesn't matter to the kids! I thought the crowds this past June were less than in February but you can still get on things without too much of a wait.

We always go in Feb. Weather can be from 80's to 50's, but always very little rain. Most rides are walkons. A long wait is 20 min. We love this time of year. Plus if you go in early Feb. the rates are for value season.

We went once, before Presidents Day (President's day was the Monday after we left).

Cold and much more crowded than I expected. The cheerleaders were there - and we had packs of teen girls roving around (most well behaved - a few not so well behaved) adding to the crowds.

But it was also our first trip with small children - so we went on more of the slow loaders and Fantasyland rides than we'd been on previously. And it was before Disney reinstated EE - so there was no "extra hour" - which is when we have subsequently been able to get most of Fantasyland done.

We went this year on the last week of Feb. We had the place to ourselves almost. The weather was mixed,more warm days than cold.Walked on everything at the MK.Rained twice but was soon over.
