try (not sure of spelling) symillisaun. it worked for us.
on a side note do you work outside at all like on a dirty windy day. if you do there could be dirt way down there mixed with the wax. A doctor can remove that.
It happened to my dad he works in a grain elevator and there is a lot of corn dust. well over the years there was a build up. he went to the Dr. not sure what they use but the got it out. I remember seeing it on the tray it looked like hampster food pellets
