Help!! Villa rental - Rolling Hills or Chatham Park???

I am in need of some advice. We are looking to rent a villa for our vacation in Orlando Thanksgiving week. We are bringing our pugs with us, so we are limited as to where we can stay. We were all set to sign a contract on a nice house in Chatham park, but I got an email response from the owner of a villa in Rolling Hills. It appears this would be closer to the parks and it appears that the homes are newer. Both houses have plenty of space and heated pools. The house in Rolling Hills would be about $50 less for the week, plus the owner will let me pay with Paypal and hasn't mentioned charging any fees for this. The other owner will take Paypal, but charges a surcharge to cover her fees. I would appreciate some feedback, as I want to get my deposit in right away. Thanks so much. All the advice I have received from these boards has been invaluable.

Rolling hills is a lot closer so If they are pretty comparable I would def. choose the closer. JMHO

I'd agree with isla bonita

Rolling Hills is right of the 192 between markers 4 and 5, which is right by the Sherbeth Road entrance to WDW..

See where the map says Entry Point Blvd??..that's the road to get onto WDW property.

Thank you all for your input. We have decided to go with the home in Rolling Hills. Besides being less expensive and closer to Disney, it also has wireless high speed internet, which my husband and son are thrilled about. Plus, I was able to use a credit card with Paypal, which gives me some peace of mind. Thanks again.

You'll love the location. We've stayed there 3 times on Magnolia Bend Ct. Have a great time!

I've heard some pretty good things about Rolling Hills...especially about the convenient location!

Off topic BUT have you purchased tickets from that link that is in your siggie ?? I'm tempted to get them there. They are the best deal I've seen recently. Also, those prices they quote, do they have tax already included ?
