Alright, my TA just called, and guess what? SHE WAS MAD AT ME!!!! She was mad because she felt that I thought she wasn't doing anything for me. According to her they are very busy today and she had put a call into
DCL and was waiting for a reply. I put the payment on my reservation on Tuesday, what happened to Wednesday and Thursday that she could have looked into it when she wasn't so busy.
I'm sorry, but how long does it take to look at my reservation and see why there is $1010.52 added to my bill!!!!!
She more or less said I was not her only client, and she couldn't take care of everyone at once. I replied, well this extra $1000.00 means I may have to cancel this cruise and is a big deal to me!

I was very nice everytime I spoke to her, A simple phone call to tell me she was working on it would have been nice. Instead I had to keep calling her.
BTW, nothing has been resolved
