Hey everybody! I'm working on a project and need peoples' opinions on the Extreme Ghostbusters Show and/or Beetlejuice's Graveyard Revue...doesn't have to be long...just a couple sentances or whatever.

Have you seen the show? Did you like it? WHAT did you like about it? Would you see it again? Do you recommend it to others? Would you be disappointed if the show was to ever be removed from the park? etc. (If you already have typed what you have thought about the show before, you can always just use the same comments)

Please note that responses will be used for my project, so if you wish to remain anonymous, please specify.

I certainly hope you DIS'ers do not mind another topic about the GBs (and GYR), but there is a reason for this one... :)

Thanks!

PS - I hope to have a lot of responses *crosses fingers*

BJ Graveyard Revue: Ought to keep it. (And should also look into making another Beetlejuice movie one day. Or whoever put the original out.... before I'm hit with all the technicalities)
Great link of Uni's roots with all the monsters in this show.

GB Show: Might as well keep it. It has a cult-following nowadays, and it is pretty cool. (What else ya gonna put there??)
Can't a couple employees truck some temp benches w/umbrellas out a few minutes before these shows? Couldn't take that long to put up & take away!

We were at USO last October and we REALLY, REALLY enjoyed the Ghostbusters! We watched them twice one day....made a point of being there for their shows! We laughed all the way through both shows.....they were great! The dancing was great and the weather was hot. Those guys didn't miss a step! They sounded really good, too. Our boys were unaware that Mom and Dad had a life before the kids came along and were surprised that we knew all of the songs ;) It was just a fun, fun show!! Any age will enjoy them. Their energy is contagious and they seem to really enjoy what they do!! This show would be greatly missed at US if it were removed.

We also saw Beetlejuice's Graveyard Revue and it is a bit more mature in humor. The artists are talented, without a doubt, however children may not enjoy them as much as adults. When we saw their show, the kids were not interested in seeing that one again ("been there, done that"). 'Ya gotta give it to them, though, they are all so talented! The costumes, the makeup, the singing, the dancing....all in Florida weather!

They are all dedicated artists who make memories for families from all over the world and they should be proud of the efforts they put into their work!! They have all certainly made a memorable impression on our family :hyper:

My two cents:

Beetlejuice Graveyard Revue - was an OK show but it got repetitious somehow. It could use maybe more story and effects to add interest. The seating in the venue is incredibly uncomfortable with way too little leg space.

Extreme Ghostbusters Show - funny show but could stand a bit of updating. It would be nice if they'd park the vehicle more out of the way. Shade would be nice too. As for the performers, they're really top notch and nothing should be changed there.

Beetlejuice: Decent show. I've seen the show changed throughout the years and really enjoyed it when the monsters came out all "monster-y", then were put behind a wall of fog and came out energized & ready to rock. I still enjoy the show, though it is not one of my faves anymore. Also, Hip & Hop seem rather pointless, IMO. All the performers are talented & should be kept, though.

GBs: Hilarious show. I do recommend this one quite a bit. I decided to check it out last year after hearing all of these posts about the show. Sure enough, I thought it was silly in a good way. One of my friends saw it last year and thought it was so funny that he wanted to see it again and again. It's definitely a keeper.

Oh, if you use my responses, simply put me as "Scarab" ::yes::

BTW, I'm just kidding Clare, I'll try to write you a real review tomorrow. :p

LOVED IT LOVED IT AND LOVED IT....BOTH OF THEM!

my son 14 and daughter 10 both loved them so much that everyday we had to see both twice. My hubby finally taped it and now that we are home, my 10 year old still watches them twice...lol.....(everyday ..)
I agree tht hip and hop...not sure of the point of them..are the only aspect of the beetlejuice show that can go. Other than that, everything else is great.

Ghostbusters....omg...sooo funny! Those guys did a great job. I just wish there was some shade while watching.....

I like your idea on another thread about the shirts. I would absolutely buy them.

2 THUMBS UP FOR BOTH SHOWS!!!!!!!!

I liked the GBs show but gota admit Beetlejuice is the main reason for that hes just so rude and funny, the revue show is great entertainment and gets u the mood for a party but I hated the Film:jester:
