We want to renew our DDE card that expires on 3/31/09 to TiW and our AP expires on 4/19/09. We do not want to renew our AP and are going to WDW in April 09. My question is will the TiW be valid for a year after we renew (and when we go in April) without having the AP? Do they even check for AP when you use TiW and will the let us renew TiW without renewing AP or is this a gray are???? HELP!

Not one time was I asked to produce my AP when I used my TiW card. I think as long as your AP is valid when you purchase the TiW card you would be fine.

As long as you have a valid AP (or a Florida Resident) you can get the TiW card. Those are qualifications to get or renew the card, but once issued it is valid until the DiW card's expiration date.
