Help....some advice needed on photo, video and flowers!!!

I was planning to use Disney for these services but after reading posts a lot of people seem to say it is very expensive. Please recommend some photo, video and flower vendors!!! How do you arrange and see the work of these vendors if you live out of town? I know Disney charges fees for the photo and video, what about the florist? My planning session is soon and I think I need to let Disney know if I am using them or not for these services. Thanks bunches in advance everyone : )

I know disney is rather expensive for additional flowers. I once saw a price breakdown on here. I don't have any links for flowers though.
