Help!!! So Cal $99 Fun Pass Nowhere to be found

We were planning to go Weds and Thursday this week with in laws who are making a vacation out of there trip. DLH, multiple days, etc. We live 20 minutes from DL so were planning to meet up with them.

We have called all over to Vons, Ralphs, Stater Bros, Disney Stores. Was this a real promotion or one that is just being very badly handled. Tickets were supposed to go on sale today, but no one knows anything. Can anyone help with info?

Saw elsewhere that someone got tickets at Albertsons today

Albertsons in my area told me they do not have them and were not going to be part of the promotion. She told me All Albertson's, not just that location. Do you know which one?

Lots of frustrated would-be buyers and no one wants to take
responsibility for tickets not being sold when and where advertised.
