There are (potentially) 6 of us going to Disney World this October. However, only 3 of us have booked (myself, my boyfriend, and my brother) so far. Our other 3 friends have yet to book their packages...

Our window for ADRs is coming up very soon, and I plan on jumping on those as soon as I can. However, my friends aren't sure when they're going to book... :scared: and I want to make sure that we'll all be able to dine together when they do.

Would it be possible to select a party of 6, even though 3 other people have yet to book? And, in case something happens and they're unable to book at all, would we be able to later alter the party number down to the appropriate number, in the case some come and some don't?

edit: Sorry if I should have posted this in Disney Restaurants (oops)

Yes it's better to reserve for 6 rather than 3. It's more difficult to add on at the venue because it may require a longer wait. You can tell them the adjusted number when you check in. The CMs never appear to mind if it is a smaller group rather than add-ons.

Oh great, that's a relief. I was worried I wouldn't be able to make adjustments later. Now I'll just pick a party of 6 for all our restaurants and hope that everyone can make it. Thanks! :thumbsup2
