Well, it won't help a lot now, but might in case you order a photopass again, and here is the reason... It sounds like you saved your edited photos to the default 5 X 7 format. When you print a 4 X 6, you lose a bit of the photo along the long edge so you're losing part of your border. When you're on the Photopass account online, you can change the format to "two 4X6" and it will scale your photo to a 4 X 6 so that you would be able to print and have your entire border show up on a 4 X 6 print.
I've posted about this "issue" before, but it's something that really doesn't make sense until you have some photos on the online account or have encountered the problem you're having.
With the pictures you have, I think your only option is going to be to figure out how to get the differently scaled print or to print a 5 X 7. If you do a preview of a 5 X 7, you should see the entire border, and that would confirm that you're having the issue I'm describing here. Sorry this happened to you. It doesn't matter too much on some of the borders like the character signatures, but it does make a difference on any border that goes all the way around (like Test Track) and on the Tinkerbell & pixie dust one.
Another thing you might try is to do the print preview and manually do the cropping yourself - it might look OK if you crop the opposite side of the picture from Tinkerbell. I imagine the software is cropping equal amounts from each side of the photo by default. I hope this makes sense! I use software myself to crop all of my digital prints to 4X 6 before uploading them to Shutterfly, and this is what I had to do to my Photopass pictures on the trips before I figured out I needed to save the edited copies as different size formats to fit my 4X6 albums!
