Hi everyone, you have all been a great help in planning my family trip to WDW! I've stayed at the Poly once before w/ a code I got on the internet. It was the best trip ever staying at the Poly! We're finally going back to the Poly again, thanks to a code a CM found and used when I made my reservation. For now I reservered the garden room and still wondering should I have went for the concierge room, which was a bit extra. Here are a few questions I hope I can be helped with before I decide.

1) Do concierge rooms have castle views or lagoon views?

2) Is there a list of the foods available or can someone list what is served throughout the day?

3) Does the food list include chicken fingers (that alone would be worth it for my little one)?

4) My little one is a picky eater, are the foods appealing to children? Please name a few.

5) Are the concierge rooms any different from the garden rooms?

6) Do all concierge rooms have patios?

And last is it really worth the extra cash (I'll be in a park every other day out of 8 days)?

Thanks in advance for any information on this? :)

The Poly concierge has Castle on one side and Garden on the other...

B'fast is 7-10:30am, roll, cerial, fruit, bagels, juices, etc...

Afternoon service is noon till 4pm, fruit and snacks...

Evening services 5-7pm light hors d'oeuvres, along with children snacks

Late evening services 8-10pm desserts

If you call the concierge staff they may fax you what they give you at check in (I took the above off the sheet...

This week they have put out at dinner PB&J for the kids, tuna fish sandwiches, turkey, pasta and stuff like that....

When we bring littles ones (2-9) down to WDW we always stay at the Poly Concierge level because they can pick and choose what they want, along with all the drinks and cookies...

I believe that all the rooms are the same size

Don'f forget to check out the discount code sites.... If you are going to visit for more then 7 days, check out the $$$ on an annual pass

1) Do concierge rooms have castle views or lagoon views?
Yes, you'd need to book a lagoon view room if you want one.

2) Is there a list of the foods available or can someone list what is served throughout the day?
Look at Tikiman's site, someone has already listed the URL. He's got a list that I checked before I went last summer. They had the same offerings that he has listed.

3) Does the food list include chicken fingers (that alone would be worth it for my little one)?
I don't think so, I don't remember seeing any. The menu is different for each evening service. Afternoon service is basically just cookies and drinks.

4) My little one is a picky eater, are the foods appealing to children? Please name a few.
I don't have kids and didn't really pay attention. They set out sandwiches (PBJ, I think), cookies and candy for the kids, who have their own little table and kid-height counter. There's juice and milk available.

5) Are the concierge rooms any different from the garden rooms?
No. They're all the same size rooms, unless you book a suite.

6) Do all concierge rooms have patios?
If you're in the Hawaii building, the second floor will not have balconies. Ground floor will have patios and third floor will have balconies. Third floor is smoking optional. Polynesian concierge service will be moved to the Tahiti building while Hawaii is rehabbed this summer. I think all the rooms in Tahiti have either balconies or patios.
