Help Please

I am trying to figure out what to do if someone is no longer taking requests and you want to use some of their designs? Can someone else customize them for me? And if so, how do I go about requesting this? I have several (4) designs picked out and just need the names removed or the date changed from 2009 to 2010.
Any help would be appreciated.

Keith,
I just looked through your designs and decided that we would like too use several of yours if we may. We would liketo use the following if you don't mind.
Animal Kingdom Mickey head #1 with the Rust Family in the center.
Epcot #2 with the characters with the Rust Family
Hollywood studios "I'm the Star"
And also Guess where we're going today with the Red and Black Mickey Head.

If you can put names on them in place of the characters names we would like Melissa on the Cheshire cat, Dan on Grumpy, Vickie on Tink, Christian on Pluto, and Chris on Robin Hood. If that is to much trouble, can you just remove the writing on the bottom of them, so they will all match?
