Help! Please recommend a budget bed and breakfast in central London

(Zones 1 or 2) that you would feel comfortable sending a relative to. I need something with a family room, close to a tube, that's not rat infested. We can only afford about 110 BPS per night, though. My daughter does not want to stay in a chain hotel, but wants to experience history and culture.

Central London is mainly hotels, not all of them chains though. Try looking on www.octopustravel.com

You could try the Euro Hotel. It is near to Russell Square tube station and it is very clean.
