**Update**
Decided to book tickets to the Halloween Party and move our schedule around. Thanks to those who offered insightful advice :)

You're planning wrong.

Most touring plans recommend AVOIDING EMH parks because they attract the largest crowds of the day. Even people that ultimately don't get up early or stay late make their plans and follow through, going to the EMH park.

Conversely, if you're not going to MNSSHP, then MK closing early is incentive to hit that park another day: lower crowds. MK is usually most recommended park on Not So Scary days.

1. Skip EMH days.

2. Go to MNSSHP.

3. Google Disney Crowd Calendar and click on easywdw's (Josh's) explanation about crowds.

I appreciate your response and your opinion. But, please do not insist that I am "planing wrong." it is September, and thus lower crowds than our usual June trips. Plus, we have ALWAYS utilized EMH. Maybe you don't prefer to tour that way, but WE do.

I was just looking for suggestions on MNSSHP since we have never been before. IE: Should I rearrange EVERYTHING in order to take DD7 to this...

You're planning to go to the least recommended, most crowded park most days.

Uses Easywdw's crowd calendar.

The next thing (important to understand before your fast pass window opens) is the best strategy is to hit park at rope drop, leave at 1pm (shop, nap, swim elsewhere) and come back at five.

Crowds are lowest early and late. By leaving 1-5 PM, you miss longest lines, heat of the day, and you won't get exhausted with an all day marathon. You'll get more done, and won't feel so worn out doing it.

We loved the party, so I would rearrange. Losing MK AM hours is NBD since you'll get to be there so late that night. Could you lose EMH at Epcot instead of HS if you did the 12th over the 14th? That would be my personal preference.

Ok... really... I know all of this... It is September, I don't care what the crowd calender suggests lol... we've done this a lot. We also DO NOT take mid-day breaks. You need to understand that your strategy doesn't work for everyone.

I'm ONLY asking about the Halloween Party and weather or not it is worth it for me to rearrange my schedule to take my seven year old daughter!

Not insisting, but the touring experts all suggest that you lose more because of crowds than you gain in extra time with EMH. Crowds may be lighter in Sept, but everything is relevant. That lighter crowd is most crowded in the EMH park.

I would definitely do Not So Scary.

Thanks for the insight :) I'm looking over it now. Might be able to move some things around :)
