I would definitely drop back down to the QSDP (you can upgrade when you check in). And like I said before, try the ticket thing. If you reduce your tickets to 2 days now.....then add them back on at check in, that will save you from having to pay upfront.

You cannot upgrade the dining plan at check in. It has to be done no later than 72 hours prior to your arrival and needs to be paid for at the time of upgrade if you are inside 45 days of arrival.

I think you have gotten some good points. I would sell any spare gold you have (unmatched earrings, bent up jewelry, etc.) and list on ebay and craigslist.

I would cancel. It's not the most popular answer but if you are that broke now and worried cancelling would probably be the best thing. Then you can save up and do Disney the way you want to in the future.

I would cancel too. If you need a vacation, do something closer to home that won't cost as much.

Duffy is correct that you would be selling the plasma. In college, of people sold their plasma and used the cash for food and rent. It is a win/win deal for everyone.

Selling for food and rent I can see IF it was a last resort. Selling for a vacation? If someone did that I'd say they lost their marbles and recommend a good therapist.

Well one more piece of misinformation given to me by a CM over the phone.....LOL

Still 72 hours would be plenty of time for her to bump it back up...she just needs a few extra weeks to get the money together.
