Help! Planning split stay off/on property questions???

Hi all! It has been a looong time since I have done any Disney planning, but we are FINALLY planning our next trip back home! This time, though, we are planning to stay 7 nights off property and then 3 nights on. Here are my questions. We planned on buying our tickets through UT. I assume we will get magic bands for on room only reservation (???). Can I link the UT tickets to those and use them during the 7 days we are not yet on property or will we need a completely different set of magic bands? Another question is memory maker. Can we purchase that in advance and link them to the tickets for the whole trip? Any help would be greatly appreciated! I realize that I am feeling a bit rusty....it's been too long!!

Yes. You can wear them for your complete trip and use them for park entry and FPs.

The tickets and MBs are linked to your MDE account. See the above answer.

Another question is memory maker. Can we purchase that in advance and link them to the tickets for the whole trip?

Memory Maker also links to your MDE account and will be available to you for everyday when on Disney property.
