Help *PIMP MY STROLLER* !!!!

I don't have any pictures at the moment, but I have three items I am using to pimp my stroller:

1. Misty Mate fanny pack - one of the crew can carry it around on the buses, then I will attach it to the front wheels under/in front of the foot rest. This adds storage, a place for a water bottle with filter, the mister for us and the baby, and much needed ballast for my Mac Quest. See item here: http://mistymate.stores.yahoo.net/hydrapak.html

3. A tray I salvaged from the $40 Baby Trend stroller I accidentally ran over (whoops!) will also go in the backpack

By the way, I bought a clear backpack for $3 recently to make the bag check quicker.

I also made my own stroller sign, put it in a page protector and attach it to the handle with two caribiners. I've read stories of personal strollers getting "borrowed" and hoped a big sign would deter people.

I have posted these before, but here they are again.

We have the buggy buddy. Love it! I call it my glove box. We personalized ours with our name to help identify our stroller. We also added our name to the stroller strap.

We also have a liquid caddy.

We also have the ray shade.

And a stroller fan.

We wouldn't "need" the fan it just keeps him cooler and more comfortable during naps. That is the only time we use it. He will take a 2 hour nap in the stroller in the parks.


The buggy buddy dangles when the stroller is folded. It has a wire ring around the top of it keep its shape so it has to be remove or dangle when the stroller is folded.

It is stitched. I took the strap and buggy buddy to a local store that does custom embroidery. They do a lot of school jackets and sports gear. The strap was not problem, but the buggy buddy she had to find a small enough ring to fit the side. I also took the blue stiching out that was on it. I just used a seam ripper and pulled it all off. It took quiet a while, but you do what you got to do to pimp your ride... If you opt not to take it out you could put the stiching on the other side, but then you could no longer use the zipper pocket because the embroidery would stitch it shut.

Wanted to share that I found the buggy buddy for $9.99 and free shipping at mystroller.com - I thought that was pretty good!

wlwilliams9 - I don't know for sure about Krismom, but I found the stick figure characters on the Dis Design board, although I don't remember who made them.

I don't have photos, sorry! But I wanted to tell you what I am doing to our Mac to get ready for our trip...we leave SUNDAY!!!

I have a graco organizer. From what I can tell, it is very similar to the buggy buddy and/or the Maclaren organizer. It has one cupholder that's smallish but still works to hold a water bottle or sippy cup. I love having the pockets to put things in and I have it rigged so when I fold the stroller it doesn't interfere with anything including the stroller shoulder strap.

I also have a cup holder...not valco, but the Prince Lionhart one from BRU. I like the idea of valco but I also like how I can unclip the cupholder but not the clip in times when I think the stroller will go through a tumble. So far it has worked okay.

I found the red stroller check bag that everybody talks about from Walmart at BRU the other day...I had a 15% off coupon so it was only $12.xx. I like the idea of having the stroller in the bag when we check it.

I just ordered this cupholder from ebay. I am still looking for something that will be able to placed near DS in the stroller and remain on even when folding up. This MIGHT do the trick..anybody have any experience with it? I LOVE how it is made of fabric and will just fold up when the stroller folds. They show it pictured on a Mac too, so I figure it will work??? Here are pics:

Thanks soooo much for that link. I am going to get the Buggy Buddy stroller organizer for our upcoming trip .
I never knew of that website but now I think I will be using it alot..I LOVE free shipping and they seem to have it on alot ( not sure maybe all of the items they sell)
I am the Grandmother, well Nana, and I just ordered the Peg Perego for my 2 DGS for our upcoming trip. DD knows about the Peg P but I think I will surprise her with this organizer. It's just what we will need.

We had the ray shade which is the best thing we ever bought also we have the Maclaren carrier for the back it was great for baby bottles and his cup but not for ours I will buy the liquid caddy for next time also we had the fan from one step ahead and HE LOVED IT it kept him so cool we also had the snack tray from ebay but he couldn't see over it so it came off 2 days into our trip.
