Help! Party splitting for tour & breakfast

Hi. I'm looking for some answers and suggestions. We are heading down at the end of August (me, DH & DD-13). My husband and I would love to do the Segway tour but DD is not old enough. Does anyone one if she would be allowed to join us just as a spectator? I'm thinking no...so my next idea is to book it for my DH while DD and I go to the princess breakfast at Epcot. That way we could all enter the park at once and DH could go to tour location and me and DD could go to breakfast and wait for him to finish. I am the Disney nut in the family and my DH just would not go if it meant getting to and going in the park by himself. Of course this all depends on availabilty. Any one have any answers or suggestions? TIA

I don't know about the spectator situation, but I am sure Disney has facilities available to take care of children who are not old enough. I know they run several activities during the day. If you call the reservations line, just ask. I'm sure the agent would be more than happy to suggest some things to keep your daughter occupied. I think having an opportunity for you and your husband to take the tour together is great, and you shouldn't miss it.

only went up to age 12. Maybe I will call and just see what they suggest. Thanks. Anyone else have any ideas?

was told there is no way for her to join us but not participate. The only suggestion offered was to leave her at our resort or explore the park on her own. So, since there is no way I would do that, it looks like no Segway tour for me! So now I will reconsider the princess breakfast option. Darn!!
