Help...one person missing from ME documents??

We're using AAA for this trip leaving 8/12. I recieved my documents yesterday and my daughters name is missing from the ME documents. She is listed on the hotel reservation and other AAA docs but not ME. I'm worried about the luggage tags more than anything else. I'm still waiting for the TA to return my call from yesterday. Any experience with this happening or how long it takes to get additional luggage tags?

There is a maximum number of guests in one DME envelope. It used to be 4, I think it might be 6. Guests in that situation will get the remaining tags and vouchers in seperate envelope, maybe a day or two later. Is everyone in your group checking 2 bags? Anyone in your group can use any luggage tag.

There are 3 of us going for 10 days. I'm not sure how many bags we'll have, could be 5 but no more. I don't want to be restricted to only 4.

The packet for 4 people may have 8 yellow tags, two per person, but if fewer than 4 people are listed for that packet, some of those yellow tags may be blank.

If another packet for your daughter does not arrive soon, call (AAA in your case) and reconfirm her.

When you use tags from two or more packets, be sure to bring both (all) packets with you to be scanned at the welcoming area when you get to Orlando.

My daughter was not included in my ME packet when we went in May (this was due to the fact that we added her later) I just took one of the luggage tags and used my color printer to make tags for her luggage. I just taped them on the handle. When I got to the ME counter at MCO I told them about the mix up and they checked to be certain that she was on the resort reservation. They printed up a voucher for her so that she could board the bus. Her luggage was picked up with mine and delivered to the room with no problems.

We added her later, but that was 10 weeks ago. Thanks for the suggestion about making a copy. This is the first time using a TA and it's difficult not calling Disney myself.
