Okay... I need some help! We are making our infamous Christmas trip the first week of December and we want to go someplace new for dinner! Now, please keep in mind we are picky but simple eaters! All that fancy stuff is just too much! We are a steak and potatoes kind of family! We loved the Concourse Steakhouse for their french onion soup, filet mignion and potatoes! We are going to Chefs de France, Chef Mickeys, Prime Time Cafe, O'hanas (bfast), and Crystal Palace but we need someplace for dinner on friday night after the Animal Kingdom! Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!

Gina

Maybe the Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club. It's a buffet with a good variety of foods (seafood, beef, pasta, chicken nuggets, veggies, mac and cheese, etc.). We ate there last December after one of our AK days and enjoyed it.

I would try either the Yachtman's STeakhouse at the Yacht Club Resort or Shula's at the Swan/Dolphin. Both have consistantly great steaks

We LOVED Concourse Steakhouse for their filet, too....we're soooo sad it closed :(. But when we were there in September, we tried Kona @ the Poly for the first time and it was AWESOME....their prime rib and filet are out of this world ::yes::. I would give that a try....you won't be disappointed.

We have been to Whispering Canyon... its okay... we dont go everytime. Not too sure about Boma's. Never been but I will look at the menu!

Have you considered offsite?

I know it can be a pain sometimes, but there are some pretty good places outside of the gate!

If you can think outside of the parks, then try either of the two fabulous restaurants at Downtown Disney - Raglan Road and Wolfgang Puck Cafe (downstairs). Food is phenomenal!!
