Help, need idea, surprising the parents with a WDW trip.

Hi all, OK i've racked my brain and can't come up with anything great. I have booked a family trip to WDW for early JAN. This trip will be a Christmas gift for my parents. I need a fun way to present them their gift. Don't have the park tix yet, so there goes the idea of wrapping them up. I've made ressies for AKL. PLEASE HELP. Running out of time.

What a great gift. You could create a "book" with pictures of AKL, safari pics, menus, etc. and make the last page an annoucement that they will be enjoying all this and MORE on: then give the dates of the trip.

I'd love to do that for my parents, but they just aren't into WDW as much as I am. Of course my whole family is like "YOUR GOING AGAIN,!???".

Even if you don't have any pics of Disney to spare for a "book", you could always run to your favorite Dept Store and grab a photo album, wrap it up..... and maybe place some pics of your family on like the first 2 or 3 pages. THen on the next page, place a note stating, the rest of the pages are reserved for your pictures from your upcoming Trip to WDW.... and put in the dates.

You could wrap up some film or a couple of disposable cameras and include a note that they'll need these for their trip.

DH bought DVC timeshares at BCV and VWL, and for bcv he had a disney tape from the vacation club, bottle of champagne and lit sparklers when I walked in the house! for the VWL he had me open the trunk to his 4-runner, in which he had light string of cowboy boots and cacti, a sheriff's hat & badge, a longhorn skull(plastic), and a CD playing the music that plays in the lodge!.....Get creative....get disney tapes, pic's, and mickey & minnie's....also could get some disney dollars...and then a note that says you'll be on your way on.......Have fun!
