HELP... Narcoosees wont call me back!!

I have to call them direct because my party is larger than 8. I have left 2 messages. The last being yesterday. Would you continue to wait or try calling again. The ressies are for a party of 10 in November. I am just worried it is going to book up before I get a call back. Who should I call if I dont get a call back soon?

I would call wdw dine and book 2 tables for 5, knowing you may be split up - and then keep calling Narcoosees..

hopefully someone who has eaten there can give you advice...

Though your issue is hot and important to you, it isn't urgent for them (you're not coming until November). You've left messages, just let the pros do what they do. Having to listen or delete the same message 2-3 times just takes time away from more pressing issues or even allow them to do their daily tasks.

Even calling the DINE line for this issue would just be taking cue space from another caller. Relax and focus on another part of your trip. You've done your part already.

We ate there last summer. You are in very capable hands.

If you left two messages in one day and haven't heard back, I'd wait a little bit. If you've left two messages in four days, I'd call back. Busy or not you are a customer and you should be important to them; they shouldn't leave you hanging for that long.

The special dining number gave me the direct number for Narcoosees. It has been 3 days. I left 1 message waited 2 days and then called and left another. I wouldnt be so concerned but this is a 40th birthday party I am trying to book. I think I will take your advice and give them until tomorrow and call back again. If no luck I will make 2 ressies. I gues that is my only option right now.

Call the Grand Floridian and speak with the Food and Beverage Manager
He will help you out esp if you tell them your frustration with trying to get through

We got a call back yesterday night around 8:30 from the nicest CM I have ever spoken too!!! She eve took information about a personalized menu and helped with with cake choices and the number to call over at the bakery. The customer service from this CM was over the top great!!! They have a great person in charge of party planning at Narcoosees. Just be patient it is worth the wait on the call back
