Help Name My Baby

Of course I like the name Tessa (my DD's name) for a girl. I also like Norah. For a boy - I like Nathaniel or Nolan.

Melinda

For some ideas...

My DSs are Cameron Austin & Colton Ryan. I also like Dylan, Craig, and Hunter for boys.

As for girls, I had so many I loved, but my first choice would have been Kylie Ariel. Some others I like are Haylie Belle, Paige, Kyra(pronounced Ky-ra, not Keara), or Alyssa(a lot of those A names are pretty).
Good luck!

I recenlty read an article about a girl named Adair...I think she's a model or something. but anyhow, I thought that was a different name.

I am also partial to Michael, Brian, Mary,Caroline. My DH's name is Terrence. I have a nephew named Brendan. A girl I work with just had a baby boy she named Thaddeus.Another co-worker has a boy named Colton.

I tend to like names that are Irish in origin. Colleen, Brianna, Meghan, Ryan, Colin.

I like not common but not unheard of names. My kids are Dominic (Nico is what we call him) and Julianna (Julie).

But the other names on my for a boy are Dmitri, Demitrius, Donovan, Julian, and Damion.

The girls names I like are Samantha, Nicole, Katrina, Katherine, or Christine.

Good Luck to you!

My boys are Luke and Drew. If I had another boy I would have called him Jack, a girl we liked Ava, Kendall, Juliette. Interestingly enough, 1 sister and 1 SIL ended up using those names at my suggestion - once I was done having kids I freed up those names so they could use 'em. :p

I love the name Dane Christopher for a boy, I also like Tristan a lot.

For a girl I like Isabella and Olivia.

Are there any family names going back a generation or two that you like?

For our DD, my DH wanted a possible connection to his Dad who had died 10 years earlier. His name was Jules. We combined that with my two grandmothers, Anne and Rachel and came up with Julianne Rachel. We didn't announce the name until her birth and both of my parents, his mother and my BIL cried. And, DD loves the fact that she's named after her "ancestors" (her words).

Just a suggestion... make sure you write down the initials of your possible names with your last name.

If we had not done that, we would have ended up with our oldest having another name for a donkey as his three initials!

How bout: Morgan, Allana, Gabe, Carter, Parker, Christian

GIRLS: Lauren, Lidia, Charley, Marianne (mary anne), Cecilia, Delaney, Jillian

BOYS: Ethan, Grayson, Eli, Carson, Jonah, Patton, Weston (Wes), Rupert.......sorry had to throw Rupert in.

Girl: Gabrielle, Jamie, Tara or Taira, Jesenia, Mara. Angela
Boy: Risden, Lyle, Sean, Ian, Stuart, Graham. Gabriel

We have a Brandon Xavier, an Ian Parker, and a Rachel Gwyneth.

I have always liked Lauren, Ashley, Samantha, or Wesley, William, Spencer.

My dd's names are Alssa Marie and Megan Elizabeth. If Megan Alyssa had been a boy she would have been Luke or Matthew. Good luck picking a name.

No kids here, but, I always liked...

BOY: Wesley
GIRL: Leah

Love the names of my DD's (Jacqueline Nikole; Nikki or Jaci for short and Alyssa Mackenzie; Aly for short). I share my name with my aunt but like it anyway, Melissa Marcel. Celia, Reagan, Madison, Emmalee, Millie are names I've come to adore working in daycare. Don't have any boys but if I had would have named them Shawn Tyler or Austyn Nickolas. Also like these boys names: Vanta, Cameron, Dawson, Paxton.

Good luck with the name. DH and I each made a list, switched and marked off the names on each others list we didn't like then picked from what was left. No family connection to the names and the girls like it that way.
