Thanks guys,
I just had to vent that evening. I did have things i was not suppose to have, but worked very hard yesterday at the gym (Monday) and walked this morning. Off to work for now, keeping on track.
Ohmom: I've done WW for about 30 yrs, and I'm just a bit burnt out from that, plus I know the program backward and forwards. I've cut the carbs, cut the potion size, and just watch the junk. Eat alot of diet jello, drink atlot of water and have things I can eat near by. Thanks for all your help.
