Help! Missing Quest cards!

I began going through my cards last night and I noticed that I didn't get anything for the three Gold Quest Coupons I turned in. Was I supposed to? Please help! What should I do?

If you're still at the park, then you might be able to go back to the cast member and let them know and ask for a replacement.

The prize print-out are individually bar coded, so you won't be able to take them back and try again.

If you already left the park, then you will have to try trading people for the gold collection.

Sorry to hear that you didn't get it. I've seen people stand there and go through all the cards front AND back, to make sure it of two things - the card it is supposed to get AND that they can read the code on the back. A few times it was blank or blurred code. So I did the same, I kept a blank one and asked for a replacement, just because I thought it was neat.

I have not even entered one code from my quests since we got home or even looked at them thanks for the heads up will know to check all cards next trip.

You might still be able to do something if you call WDW. Back in the beginning of September we got a card for the Thunder Mountain Teleporters along with three sets of cards for all the quests. The person at the register at VMK Central was careful to count all the cards out. It was really crowded and we didn't have the time to look at all three sets of cards. It was really a large stack since this was the first set of quests we had ever done. Anyway, we got home and after entering them noticed there was this card where the number was smeared and you couldn't tell what it was. We went back to WDW two different times and kept forgetting the card. We went again today and again I forgot the card so DH told me to ask at VMK Central about it anyway. The CS there was SUPER nice and he replaced the card for us without having to see the original messed up card. So, maybe calling them and explaining to them that you live far away and didn't get cards with working codes on them they can send a set to you.
