Help me pre-plan for trip alone with MIL!

We are tentatively going sometime in late April/early May 2004 for five-seven days and will hopefully be staying at POFQ. I need help figuring out "daily" itineraries for each day and would like to hit these rides/shows in particular (it will be my 10th trip and my MIL's second so we will be focusing on things she missed last time with a few of my favorites thrown in):

MK-Tiki Room, POC, Splash, HM, Winnie-the-Pooh, PhilHarmagic, Peter Pan, TTA, Buzz, Hall of Presidents. Would also like to see the Come Share A Dream Come True parade as well as Wishes and Spectro (anyone know a good spot with a bench preferably that we could watch from?)

AK-FOLK, Wildlife Express/Conservation Station (?), Kali River Rapids, Flights of Wonder, Tarzan Rocks

Disney Studios-Backlot Tour, Indiana Jones, Little Mermaid, Animation Tour, Millionaire, Beauty and the Beast. Will also be seeing Fantasmic at least once since it was my MIL's fav!

Epcot-sad to say, but my MIL saw very little of what I know will be her favorite park especially during Flower and Garden Festival (one of the reasons we're going!) We basically need to see everything and will probably be the park we visit the most.
