I have no idea why this is so difficult for me. I have been to Disney a dozen times, and have eaten many places. I'm looking for advice on where to do dinner on a short trip in June.

Here are the facts:
- It will be just DH and I June 21 - 24, and we are celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary which is June 22. Short trip because we will have a four month old baby by then, as well as a 8 and 4 year old, whom the two sets of grandparents have generously agreed to cover child care for so we can get away. This trip is special to us because we wanted to go to Disney for our honeymoon, but shortly after we booked, September 11 happened, and we just weren't sure what was going to happen with travel for the immediate future. So we are finally getting our Disneymoon!

- First night we will go to Downtown Disney, and probably eat at Planet Hollywood (we will be purchasing the dining plan)

- Second night, our actual anniversary, we definitely want to do Ohana.

- Its the third night that is stumping me. We will be at Epcot, NO park hoppers, but are open to dinner at a nearby resort, or at Epcot. We'd prefer a one-dining credit only place.

Suggestions for a nice, no-kids*, one credit dinner?

*by "no kids" I just mean WE won't have kids...I don't care if there are other kids in the restaurant!

Thanks!

You could try the Captain's Grille at the YC or Cape May (seafood) at the BC. You could also try Via Napoli in Italy, Teppan Edo or Tokyo Dining in Japan. I would just caution you about Teppan Edo: since it's just the two of you, you will be put with other people, including, possibly, a group of children. This happened to us: we sat with six kids under the age of 10 with the two twelve year old babysitters while the parents sat at another table.

Chefs de France.
You can order the Prix Fix menu, so you get a 3 course meal with 1 TS credit. It gets mixed reviews but we enjoyed it.

consider one of the Mexico Pavilion restaurants - La Hacienda de San Angel and San Angel Inn. La Hacienda is on the water but there are only some tables with a good view of it. San Angel gets some hits on these boards. The menu was updated a couple of years ago and the reviews have been very positive. It's a darker, romantic setting with a faux volcano in the background.

Thanks for the suggestions so far!

DH actually just came in and suggested Biergarten, which I love, but thought he was kind of just "meh" about. So I think we'll go with that. Not super romantic, but fun! His logic was that we've never been there for a relaxing meal...we're always up and down helping the kids get food in between our own, so a leisurely meal there might be fun.

Thanks again...but keep the suggestions coming if you have any other ideas!

I would suggest Chefs or Tutto Italia for a more romantic setting. Also IMHO, there are a lot better places at DTD to eat than Planet Hollywood. I would recommend Raglan Road.

Is Flying Fish on the DDP - and if so is it just one TS credit? If it is, then I'd exit Epcot, walk to FF, then back to Epcot since you don't have PH-ers.

10th anniversary I would skip the DDP and make the trip special with a few sig. rest. Try Shula's on your Epcot night. Also Narcoossee's, Artist Point, or Yachtsman Steakhouse are very good.
