On our next trip, after our few must-do's, we'll have @ 4 TS ADR's to pick. There are a bunch of places that have always been on my "I have to try that on our next trip" list but have never gotten there. My kids, like most I'm sure, are a little on the picky side. DD 5 is the reason mac and cheese is offered at every WDW restaurant!:rotfl2: Can anyone give me some feedback on any of these or tell me what you would pick and why? Thanks for the input.:goodvibes

TH (lunch)
Coral Reef
Rose & Crown
Tutto Italia
BOG ( if I can GET an ADR!)
Boma (breakfast or dinner)
Raglan Road
T-Rex
Rainforest Café
Marrakesh
Grand Floridian Café
Kona Café (dinner)
Liberty Tree Tavern (lunch)
CP (lunch or dinner)

TH (lunch) I like this one, much prefer it to Yak and Yeti (but then I'm very snobby about asian food in general)

Coral ReefThis one has been disappointing the last couple of times, not sure if/when we'll return

Rose & CrownThis one is actually one of my favorites. The staff are very friendly, and the food is consistent.

Tutto ItaliaNot a huge fan, but many people are.

BOG ( if I can GET an ADR!)I've done both options here, and didn't find the dinner really worth the rigamarole required to chase down the reservation. Go for lunch, it's just as lovely and much less stressful.

Boma (breakfast or dinner)Those are two different animals. Breakfast here is good, but not something to make a trek for (if you aren't already staying there and/or don't have a car). Dinner is hit-or-miss in the past few trips; November was great, March was specifically not.

Raglan RoadI like it well enough, but is doesn't make our must-do list by any means.

T-RexThe food is consistently mediocre, the dinos are consistently LOUD.

Rainforest CaféSee T-Rex... although here it's elephants and gorillas, and marginally less ear-burning.

MarrakeshI've really enjoyed this one, last time was a couple of years ago so not so recent, but the food was good, plentiful, and the staff very, very friendly.

Grand Floridian CaféWe have lunch or dinner here almost every trip, it isn't gourmet by any means but is consistently good.

Kona Café (dinner)I'm not a huge Kona fan for dinner (looooove their breakfast, though). I know I'm in a minority with this one.

Liberty Tree Tavern (lunch)A perennial favorite. And a great break from the park. And Gooey Toffee Cake.

CP (lunch or dinner)Lunch. It's soooo much prettier in there when the sun is up and shining through the glass. This is another one we do every trip, either for breakfast or lunch (or brunch).

You DD should be fine at just about any of these.
Most of them will offer nouilles et fromage, and even those that don't can usually at least pull off plain noodles of some type (almost every single restaurant on property carries at least one pasta dish somewhere on the menu).

I would skip Rainforest Cafe since that's not really a Disney exclusive. Marrakesh is a lot of fun and good food but maybe not for picky eaters. I really enjoyed the Grand Floridian Cafe last year and it was not very busy. I'm not a huge fan of buffets myself, but CP might be perfect for the kids and they would enjoy Winnie the Pooh. Good luck!

Thanks for the replies so far, especially the detailed response from PictureJumpr!:thumbsup2 Makes me rethink some of the ones I was leaning toward, like Boma.

TH (lunch) -- this is a little too different for us. We tried a little bit of everything but not someplace we'd visit again.
Coral Reef -- fun for kids pretty much only because of the fish tanks. The food is okay too.
Grand Floridian Café--good food but not worth going out of the way for, unless you are in the GF area anyway.
CP (lunch or dinner) -- we love it here. It's a basic buffet for kids but has fun choices for adults. Since its a buffet we can walk in for a break from the parks, get our food quick, and skip the characters if we want.

The Mac and cheese at Garden Grill at Epcot is really good. They put goldfish crackers on top but you could ask them to leave it off. We liked GG a lot because it has the cool revolving thing.

I'm only going to comment on the places I've been.

BOG: I've had dinner twice here, once in February and then last Saturday. The Feb dinner was delicious, one of my best Disney meals ever. Saturday we ordered the exact same things, and nothing was as good, the food was cold, and the service not very good.

Raglan Road: I've been here several times. The food is good, and the entertainment fun.

Rainforest Cafe: I like the atmosphere/decorations. Food is your typical chain restaurant, so you know what to expect.

Kona Café (dinner): Ate here July 3rd. I really liked our dinner (potstickers, steak, and banana creme brulee), but my dining companion didn't care for it as much.

Liberty Tree Tavern (lunch): Yum! I ate here July 3rd too. We shared the turkey feast, and it was good, and the ooey gooey toffee cake was pretty tasty as well.

CP (lunch or dinner): My preferred meal here is breakfast. Lunch is fine too, general buffet offerings.

Had no trouble getting a BOG resize, but haven't been yet.

CP and TH are both great breakfasts and must do's for our family. Love buffets for picky eaters because of the variety plus u can add some fruit and veg to the plate. CP lunch is v. good too.

Boma is a main reason we stay at AKL! Great food every time we have been. Kids section has Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, pasta and meatballs.

Coral Reef is meh.

Marrakesh was great. Tutto Italia is meh. (We prefer Via Napoli.)
