Help me pick my last TS

I need to pick one more TS for dinner one night. Keep in mind I have 2 boys who are 4 and 6. It needs to be outside of the parks.
I'm thinking maybe:

whispering canyon cafe (despite all the neg. comments, I still want to try it out at least one time)

captains grill

kona cafe

Open to other suggetions also.....

WCC. your boys will love it! all the antics are so fun. it's one of our favorites and we don't have kids!

Out of the options you listed, I'd do WCC. My boys really enjoyed it They loved the atmosphere and all the antics. They loved tons of ketchup bottles ending up on their table or bringing them to someone else, the GIANT drink, the parade on the stick horses around the restaurant etc. It's also a lot of fun to explore another resort. We went to MK and took the boat over to WCC. This was part of the fun! After dinner, I planned to return to MK via the boat and we watched Spectro and Wishes. It was a very nice evening! Our only problem with this restaurant is that it is too small. We've endured some LONG waits here...all with ADR's. I still think it would be fun for your age boys.

Our kids loved WCC. They did stick horse races around the restaurant, the hokey pokey and took pics with their Daddy's 3 foot long fork. Food was pretty good too!

Another vote for WCC! Of all the restaurants we've tried on our two last trips, this is the one that my boys have specifically asked to visit again.

Definitely WCC. I just ate at the Captain's Grille in December and IMHO it had a very boring atmosphere and the food was just below mediocre for me.

I totally agree and it's so hard waiting for Disney food! I just think it's delicious. I always joke around and tell my friends I just keep going back for the food.

With boys your age they will love Whispering Canyon Cafe. Another place not on you list the kids may love is Ohana; it has a very fun atmospher for kids and if your kids are meat lovers, they will love this place.

SCRAP "Captains Grille!"


ADD:

Teppan Edo in Japan /Epcot. I know you said "out of parks" but you absolutely MUST bring them to Teppan Edo..

THey are BOYS...this dinner show includes FIRE, KNIVES, NOISES! You can't lose...

Anyway my DSalmost18...says that Teppan Edo is his FAV thing about WDW and he has been 10 times...
