I am new to this part of the DIS and I am hoping to get help and be welcomed into this tight group . Ok so I have been what I like to call "Chunky" for a long time . I want to be in shape when I take my nephew to WDW . I do not have to be 110 lbs I just need to be able to keep up with him . Please gimme a few tips on how to get started,and stay started .I say I will get started and then I may start but within days I am done . I need something to help me get going. I will take all tips and try everything . What type of diet does everyone think will get me headed in the right direction?Iam also looking for a Diet Buddy to report with every week. I know it is a lot to ask............... I have 50 lbs to loose before we leave in OCt . Wishing you all many DISNEY DAYS !!!
