help me figure out what this is called?

I've seen booths in both dtd and in the disneyland park kind of near the nemo line I think.

It's this custom art where they will draw a little princess or Disney character with a name, etc.

Does anyone know if this has a name?

I know what you are talking about. They also do this at Knotts Merry Farm. Can't figure out the name though. Sorry.

Oh I know what your talking about I dont know what its called but the DL booth is right near the old Motorboat landing. The stuff is very similar to Dave Avanzino's work, only done is water colors and you can costumize the name.

oh no, not a caricature. Well, they are kind of watercolor caricatures of characters. I'm going to be getting one for a friends birthday. She is a big snow white fan, and i went by there and you could have it so the princess is a part of the first letter of the name. They are done in watercolors though.

The stand itself is called "Names Unraveled", but yeah, I'm not sure that the style of art is called anything specific other than simply "name artwork". I did some searching and the only description I can find is "personalized first name artwork, with different backgrounds and styles, and including the meaning of the name."

I bought one for my daughter. Her room is Tinkerbell so they did the J as Tink.

OH....and a website: www.kamansart.com. The same people do the face painting and these watercolors. However, I did not see examples of the watercolors on the website.
