Help me decide... MNSSHP.....

You look so adorable. You had to be sweating to death in that thing LOL
It was in the 90's last year and I only had a black shirt and makeup on and I was about to die.

I have the Evil Queen costume as soon as I lose much much weight I want to get back into that and then go to the MNSSHP. I wore it in 2005 eek lol
I bought a basket and put candles shaped as apples in it with green cotton-filler to make it look like it was poisoned.
How cool would it be to take a photo with Snow White and the Dwarfs dressed as the Evil Queen LOL

I was DYING and have an even better appreciation for the Characters! I was so happy when it got dark & a little cooler.
The Evil Queen would be a great idea :)

If you can do it, do it. We went last year & had a ball. We did an early dinner at Tonys & did all the rides we could - most were walk-ons. The decorations, parades, show & fireworks were so special & fab to see - it was so good.

This year we're going to be there in October & definitely going to do the party.

Loved it.

oh, yes...oh, yes....oh, YES!!!! It is the mostest fun! We have gone every year for the pasty three years or so and we are going again this fall. We wore costumes for the first time last year and we had SUCH a good time. We are costuming it again this year. We are going to try to get everyone in our party dressed like a character from teh New Alice in Wonderland. I think it will be a blast!!

We've done it, once all adults and it was unique....different....fun...alittle crowded and extended our park hours that night. It's great for someone who hasn't been to experience it, even just once but it's not something we would do every year due to the cost and what you get but every other year it might become a standard.

Adding another vote for YES!!! :cool1: It was a highlight of the trip for us! Plan on the hot weather and have a costume idea that can tolerate the heat and pace yourself and have a blast. It was so much stinkin fun, I tell ya! :thumbsup2

We did our first party Oct. 31, 2008. The kids had just turned 2 and 4 a month earlier. They both really enjoyed it! We came home with 40 lbs of candy. I kid you not! We actually put it on the scale.

going to echo :) definitely worth it!!! Love halloween love the MNSSHP! its definitely better then the christmas. but if you have the money both should be tries at least once!!

We went a few years ago and I was kinda disappointed when it was finished. We were on the fence to go to MVMCP last year because of MNSSHP so it made me really think about why I didn't like it.

1) We tried to do too much during the day. We spent most of the day at Epcot including dinner. We felt rushed once we got there and didn't take it all in. We were also exhausted from touring all day so the kids didn't feel like trick or treating or meeting any characters.

2) We didn't have a plan. We knew we wanted to see the parade and the fireworks but didn't realize how much time that would actually take up since we got to MK around 7pm. we saw both but rode very few rides.

We decided to try MVMCP last year and do it differently than MNSSHP. WE slept in on party day and arrived at MK mid afternoon. We also did 2 parties instead of one and concentrated on rides and characters one night and parade, fireworks and special events ie: dance parties on the 2nd night. What a difference it made. We loved it and didn't feel rushed.

We are doing MNSSHP this year and I know we will have a much better time than the 1st year. I think we will probably do 2. It is well worth the money even though it took me a while to figure that out.

I would also suggest it! I went down with my mom a few years ago and we LOVED it! We are now bringing our kids (they'll be 1.5 & 2.5) and cant wait to see their reaction to things!!

yup napping is a key piece.
You must nap when you are going to the party

we also went twice
the first party day we spent the morning in the pool so we were tired for our naps (we are not napping type of people). We saw almost every character the 1st night no parade or shows.

The second party we slept in late (we are usually up at 7 each morning), again went swimming and was at MK by 12:30. We didn't plan to stay the whole night since we did so much the first night but we left at 11:55 LOL
