Help me create my Disney planner! Ideas?

Hey everyone! I'm wandering to the creative side looking for some advice!

I'm attempting to put together a Disney planner, I have a green 1 inch 3 ring binder with colorful dividers with pockets, I also bought some page protectors.
I want to make this look really cool, but I'm having some trouble with ideas and organizing, I don't exactly know what to put in there and how to put it in there, or how I plan on decorating it for that matter. I'm wondering if a 3 ring binder is a good idea considering pages may get damaged in the park?

I have pages typed up in word but have not printed any so far, I have the basic ADR's, confirmation #'s, packing lists, club level evening offerings, etc.

Just don't know how to bring it all together! Any neat ideas for this?

Thanks Reddy.. I was napping..

Those are good ideas... I took one down but did NOT take it to the parks with me.. I took a small notebook I could tuck into our camera bag and jotted notes down... any ADR or important information I put in a word document and then onto an index card so I could toss it in our bag and put it in a ziplock bag so it didn't get wet..

Any notes, I transfered into the binder on a break...
