Hi everyone,
I've booked to go at Christmas :cool1:
We're staying at the Sequoia Lodge for 3 night arriving on the 24th December.

I need inspiration for where to eat!! To give you an idea of 'us', DH & I are big foodies and food is an important part of our holidays. We are travelling with our 3 children 6, 4 and 5mnths. The little ones are good eaters and happy to sit for longish meals (altough who can say what the 5month old will be like!!)

What would be your dream meal plan for the 3 days? I have already booke a character breakfast for the 25th and also need ideas of what to do to celebrate Dh's *very* speacial birthday?

Thanks in advance
Susan x

I think if I were you I would do a meal at Walts.
Are you looking for table service for all your meals (lunch and dinner)?
Also, for the unique experience and if you like seafood, how about the Blue Lagoon as then you get to eat inside Pirates of the Carribean!
Had you planned on doing the Christmas dinner? Xmas day lunch is at the Hotel NewYork 116 euro per adult 45 per kid? I think u would need to book that soon as it probably fills up.

There are a range of options for Xmas Eve

Thank you Zinderella, that table is brilliant-I find it incredibly difficult to find the info I need on the DLP website!

I definitely will be booking Walts, perhaps on the 26th Decmber.

I did consider Auberge de Cendrillion for Xmas day dinner (I don't want to do the Hotel NY lunch) or possibly the Inventions buffet on xmas day.....

I will do one of the Xmas Eve buffets at SQL as it's in our hotel, i'll be able to get baby to bed if necessary. Is there any difference between the 2 SQL Restaurants?

Thanks :)

No if they are both buffets, there's no difference. In 'normal' seasons, one was a full table service (Beaver Creek Tavern) and one was a buffet restaurant (Hunters Grill). We did the buffet last time we stayed at SL and it was really good.

How soon are you going to book the meals?

I was hoping to book within the next few days. I wasn't sure with Walt's if I should wait to book when I know park opening times? Was thinking about trying to coincide it with a parade (probably afternoon)

Thanks for the info about the SQL buffets.

Have you stayed over Christmas Day before?
