Which one?

Brown Derby?
Mama's Melrose?
Hollywood in Vine?
50's Cafe?

We are a family of four, 2 adults, 2 kids 6 and 4, and we will have my grandparents with me. So we need something to please anyone.

Help??

TIA!

We love the Brown Derby. :cloud9: The menu is wonderful and the service is top-notch. And if you're lucky, sometimes the 'Streetmosphere' characters come into the restaurant to visit the tables.

We loved Hollywood nd Vine - great selection of food, good quality and the desserts were gorgeous. Also, a buffet should please everyone's tastes.
We have heard however that the interaction in 50's Prime Time is great.
Also, have you considered Sci Fi Dine in Theatre? We loved it there - you get to sit in "cars" infront of a big screen showing old movies.

Never been to Brown Derby. We really like 50's PT and Mama Melrose. We do not like H&V at all.

We really like 50's, Hollywood and Vine was good, Mamma Melrose was overpriced Italian but OK. Never been to Brown Derby - DH just doesn't like the menu.

My favorite thing for dinner at the studios is to make an early reservation at Spoodle's on the Boardwalk. Take the boat or walk - its not very far and the food is awesome. Kind of loud though.

I've been to all of them and I think that the best for the age range of people you hae will be 50's Prime Time. The kids will enjoy the vibrancy of the place and the grandparents will love the theming. The food is basic, home cooked, old style food. I've enjoyed most of the food I've had there and the smores dessert is one of my all time favs at WDW.

We had yummy food and fun at 50s Prime Time. We are trying Brown Derby in February.

You might also want to look at the menus - especially if someone is picky.

Good Luck and have fun!

We loved Mama Melrose last trip, that we cancelled our Hollywood n vine lunch and added another meal at MM. We are eating there are first night this trip...it was a must do.

We've enjoyed meals at HBD, MM, and 50s. I think it depends on what you want. HBD is more creative in its presentation, but it's pretty expensive and if you're on the DDP, it's two TS credits. MM is probably our overall favorite for food, though our service has been slow sometimes there. 50s P/T is lots of fun for atmosphere. On the last trip, our food there was not the best, but for what it's worth, it's fun to go there.

I guess the question is what you feel like experiencing.

We absolutely LOVE The Hollywood Brown Derby and have to have dinner there on every trip.
