Can anyone personalize/make something like these for me?

Looking for super cute Make-A-Wish matching family shirts. Does anyone do this pattern still? or can anyone do it? If not with the people maybe something else, micky caps, a little logo thing from each park. *seaworld, beach, univeral, disney*

Thinking about black shirts?? help if thats a really really bad idea. :
Then colored micky's with stashes. Yellow, orange , baby blue, Lime Green, pink, Purple. Closer to the neon family of colors.

I found the designer who made the first one. She's taking a break. So that ones out. I havent come aross anyone who does the 2nd one.
