Help, I'm driving myself crazy

I've pretty much decided to buy into BCV. Now, the NEXT question is.. how much. I can get 100 points on a resale, and go every other year. Pay cash, lower annual fees. Choice two would be to go to Disney and purchase points. (will they let me purchase an odd number of points? If I go with 166, that covers eight days during the most likely time we'd go, nine during the times we're next most likely to go.) That would mean an annual trip, more money, and a little debt.

Anyway, IF I buy only 100 points from a resale, can I eventually add more through Disney, or do I have to stay with the resale market? I'm leaning towards teh more conservative purchase because I can always add more points, right?

Also, has anyone used the other resale people that are affiliated with AllEars? Decent experiences? (For future reference, first one would likely go through this site's sponsors.)

You can purchase any number of points from Disney as long as the first contract is at least 150 points. So yes, you could purchase 166 points from Disney if that is what you want to do.

If you purchase resale, you must purchase the number in the contract. Contracts cannot be broken up.

If you buy a resale contract, yes - you can add on more through Disney. You are not "locked in" to resale just becasue your first purchase was made there (even if it wasn't for the official minimum.

So, I was unable to take a tour while at Disney. (There was NO way I was taking my DD unless I was sure I was buying.) So, where would I call now to see about waitlisting on a BCV contract?

Someone posted on the waitlist thread that they put in the request in May and got in in June. So, we'll see. I figure I'll get on the waitlist, then watch what's happening at TSS.
