Help Identifying this Pixar Collectible

Hi there! So I recently go this Heimlich statue as a gift from my grandmother. She purchased it as you see it from a local antique shop. Its Heimlich balancing on a leaf that has bite marks on it. On the front of the leaf it says "Disney Pixar A Bug's Life" and on the bottom it simply says ©Disney/Pixar

I can't seem to find it anywhere online and I'm really curious about it. Heres a photo of it
