Help - ideas to make a birthday extra special

It is my youngest daughter's 3rd birthday when we are in Orlando in October and we want to make it really special (as if Orlando and WDW isn't special enough). She really loves Mickey so we want to head for the Magic Kingdom but is there anything else we can do? It would be nice to have some kind of Character meal but I don't know if they do anything for birthdays. Any tips or suggestions will be gratefully received.
