Artichoke dip
1 cup mayo
1 cup parmasian cheese
1 cup shreaded mozerella
1 12 to 15 oz can quartered artichokes, drained and diced
1 4oz can diced chilies
Combine all ingrediants and bake in a pie dish for 30 minutes at 350. Serve with crackers. Note: Do not use low fat cheese or mayo, it doesn't turn out right. It's a high fat, high cal dish, just accept it!

I try to accomodate all no matter what foods they can or cannot eat. What if they were allergies? You could wind up making someone really ill.
