Help! I make my ADR's tomorrow and I'm trying to get ready but have a question:

I went onto www.disneyworld.com to see what the deal is since I have never booked through online only the phone. I have a disney confirmation number but it is through an RCI exchange, that doesn't matter right? When I tried to punch in my reservation number just to have it attached to my name on the website, it says something like, "Can't find this reservation number, please try again later". Here are my questions:

Does it not show up until 180 days which is tomorrow? or should I be able to pull that up now?

If I have a Disney confirmation number that RCI gave me, I should still be able to pull it up on the website right?

If I make my ADR's tomorrow, do I have to give my confirmation number to be able to make them?

My parents are also going and they are in a separate unit so we have two different confirmation numbers. I want to make the tables for parties of 6, can I do that?

This is freaking me out! I have had my ADR's figured out since August and here I am one day away and I don't know what I'm doing!! Thanks for any help

You are in the exact same position that I was yesterday...

I was able to make my ADR's today and had been trying to put my reservation number into the Disney website for weeks now and had the same message.

I even tried this morning at 6ish as I had decided that I would call at 7am and make the reservations over the phone. I was still not able to put the number in as of this morning so I did call at 7am and got everyone of my 8 days of deluxe dining plan reservations and the times we had wanted.

The website seems to not be really reliable and I had a great experience on the phone this morning making all the reservations.

This afternoon I went on and was finally able to enter my confirmation number and it was accepted and there are still a lot of reservations left which really surprises me...

Is it not as busy because there isn't free dining for our time period?

number won't show up until the 180th day. Not sure if that's true or not but she said if I still can't get in in the morning to just call there.

As far as the dates we are going, from what I read on the crowd calendars and best weeks to go, this particular week in april is actually ranked as a good week to go overall in the year because Easter is still two weeks away and a lot of the spring breaks are over in March and it is peak week meaning high prices so people don't come that week if they aren't already on vacation. I hope that's all true! I'm glad to see you got everything you needed. The only day I'm really worried about is our MK day because I want to do the BBB in the am and CRT for lunch so I know what princesses we already have so we don't have to wait in line when we don't need their autographs! I also want the Fantasmic package so that's freaking me out too because if I can't get, then I have to switch my MK day and my DHS day!

We seem to be going the same time since you are booking tomorrow. I have heard the same things that the week we are going isn't as bad. So far there are a couple of 5 days. We are doing our MK day on Friday and Tuesday with the Cinderella royal table on Tuesday and BBB as well right before. When I called I asked for this first. I then did the other Princess dinners then Fantasmic package 5th... I didn't get my first choice but did get Mama Melrose for Fantasmic package on Thursday April 14th for the 8:30 show I believe and the reservation is for 5:15. I was trying for the Brown Derby. The CM said that that has become the hardest reservation to get right now. Make sure it is one of the first few you ask for.

I have found there are 2 ways to pull up your confirmation number. The one that is working for me now that my 180 days is here is the one through dining reservations. Using the retrieve reservation from the homepage still isn't working. When you go into dining and make reservation and pick a day more then 180 out it will ask for confirmation and my confirmation / reservation number is now working there but at 6am it wasn't.
I hope that makes sense...

I overslept! I heard my alarm at 6:45 and it had been playing for an hour but the sound was too low so I freaked out, flew out of bed and woke up dh in the process (none too happy but he's working on a household project that is taking all weekend so he got right up too). Anyway, I tried booking CRT first and it wouldn't let me pull up the ressie number but I could make all the other ressies I needed for:

1900 Park Fare
Chef Mickey's
Captains Grille
Cape May

by then it was 7am so I called right on the dot and got my CRT for lunch on the 14th at 12:55 with BBB at 11am for my two girls. I figured this way, we can get there EMH and do all the fantasyland rides, then get their hair done for lunch and then have lunch with the princesses so we know whose autograph we have and won't have to chase after or stand in line for any we already have.

Then I got my Fantasmic at Mama Melrose's at 5pm for the 8:30 Fantasmic on the 12th. So excited that I got EVERYTHING I wanted with the times I wanted!

Hoping what we have heard about the crowds will be true but I don't really care. We got everything done the last time we came there and it was crowded too. Now we just have six months to wait!

OMG.. I didn't hear our alarm either on Saturday morning... Our experiences sound so similar...

Our reservations do to we have all the same ones so far.

Congrats on getting what you wanted... it is so exciting to have had it work out.. .Way to go

The 6 months is going to kill me...

I have a 4 and 6 yr old (both girls) and we are staying at Boardwalk Villas but we are there for a week but only doing two park days. Two years ago we went and did MK and Epcot. This time we are going to do MK and DHS. I have no desire to do Animal Kingdom for some reason.

Anyway, glad it worked out for both of us!

So glad things worked out for both of you! I was just about to post, when I scrolled down and saw that things had already worked themselves out.

I had a similar issue before I got to make our ADRs last Friday. This is the first time we're staying on rented DVC points. I can pull up our reservation with our confirmation number - no problem - at the DVC website, but when I'd try to pull it up on the regular Disney site, no luck. Same with the Disney Dining site. I was totally panicking! I'd had our ADRs worked out for ages and was worried we'd miss out due to the glitch.

Even on the morning of 180 days (before 6am) it wouldn't recognize my confirmation or let me look at ADRs for 180 +10 days. THANKFULLY, it all worked out. At exactly 6am, it let me plug in my confirmation number, etc. and book for all 10 days!

Strangely enough, the resort reservation section still doesn't pull up my reservation, but our ADRs are listed and I got confirmation emails for them all.

We'll be there April 6th-16th so maybe we'll cross paths!
